New York Giants Mini-Camp: Day 1 Live Updates, News, More

The craziness is about to begin

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — The first day of the Odell Beckham Jr. Circus, otherwise known as New York Giants mandatory mini-camp, is set for Tuesday. Big Blue View will be in attendance, with roughly a gazillion or so other members of the media.

Beckham, of course, did not attend any of the voluntary OTAs the Giants held. There has been all sorts of speculation about what that means, and Beckham hasn’t been around to answer any of it. So, whenever he talks to the press that should be a good time.

The mandatory mini-camp runs for three days. Coach Ben McAdoo said last week that while players could expect their days to be a little bit longer now that their presence is mandatory, that the mini-camp practices would “really just an extension of the offseason program.”

Players will not be in pads, so there will be minimal contact during these practices.

Big Blue View will be on hand for the first two days of the mini-camp, and will have complete coverage all three days. Follow us on Twitter @bigblueview. You can also follow the action via the Twitter stream below.
