What grade would you give Giants’ D.J. Fluker signing?

Vote in the poll

NFL: Tennessee Titans at San Diego Chargers
D.J. Fluker
Jake Roth-USA TODAY Sports

Do you love the signing of D.J. Fluker by the New York Giants? Hate it? Aren’t sure about it? Well, time to put on your analyst cap and give the latest free-agent move by the Giants a grade.

Vote in the poll at the end of the post.

Fluker was a four-year starter for the Chargers who spent time at both right guard and right tackle. He also played some left tackle as a rookie, but the Chargers quickly came to the conclusion that was not a spot he could handle. He is a right side player at this point.

The Giants got Fluker, who will only be 26 next season, on what has been widely reported to be a one-year, $3 million contract. That is a "prove-it" deal that should leave Fluker motivated to put his best foot forward in 2017.

The 4,755 voters in our first poll were reasonably happy with the signings of Brandon Marshall and Rhett Ellison. Ninety-three percent of voters gave those moves a grade of "C" or higher. Fifty-two percent (2,489 voters) gave those moves a "B." Eleven percent (535 voters) gaves the moves an "A."

How will this poll turn out? It’s up to you to decide.
