Good morning, New York Giants fans! We begin the final Wednesday of the 2017 NFL season with a look at the Giants-related headlines, including an Odell Beckham Jr, connection to a high-stakes gambler and Eli Manning talking about his future.

Beckham denies gambler’s claims

In an interview with USA Today, a high-stakes gambler has described a connection to Odell Beckham Jr. that included Beckham borrowing cash to play blackjack and expressing interest in betting as much as $20K on a baseball game.

Beckham, via his agent, denied those claims.

Manning wants to stay

Eli Manning knows his future is up in the air. During his regular spot on WFAN this week, though, Manning made it clear he wants to stay with the Giants.

“This is what I love to do,” he said. “I love playing football, I love playing quarterback, and I want to continue to do it for the Giants. This is the only team I ever wanted to play for and I don’t want to change. I do understand how this season has gone and new people [are] coming in. If they want to make a change, then we’ll go down that road.” ...

“I think I still have good football in me,” he said. “I don’t want to stop playing football. This is all I want to do. I don’t have a backup plan, I don’t have something I’m looking forward to doing when this is done.”
