As has been standard practice this season no matter how many players the team places on injured reserve, the New York Giants posted an extensive injury list on Wednesday.
The most significant current injury is probably the back injury Justin Pugh has been dealing with. He did not practice and was expected to undergo another round of tests that could determine whether or not the free-agent-to-be offensive lineman will play again this season or perhaps face surgery.
Landon Collins (ankle), Roger Lewis Jr. (ankle) and Damon Harrison (not injury related) did not practice Wednesday. Harrison, who has dealt with a number of nagging injuries in recent weeks, was reportedly simply given a day off. Collins will apparently push to play despite not being fully healthy.
Spags says #NYG might have to save Landon Collins from himself. At this point, does it make sense for LC to play thru another ankle injury?

Landon Collins: The ankle is sore...I'm such a competitor that if I think I can play I'm going to want to play. #NYGiants

Landon Collins said this ankle injury is 10 times milder than ankle injury in Wk 5. Played thru that one, hoping #NYG season could be saved. Wants to play thru this one.
