The New York Giants are not playing today, licking their wounds from Thursday’s 20-10 loss to the Washington Redskins. Not to mention reeling from a season that has gone wrong at 2-9.

Still, the NFL rolls on. Here are today’s game, how to watch them and what, if anything, they mean to the Giants. See 506sports.com for the games in your area. Jesse’s picks listed below are against the point spread.

This will be your open thread for games throughout the day. Enjoy!

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-6) at Atlanta Falcons (6-4) — 1 p.m. ET, FOX, Dick Stockton/Mark Schlereth. Odds: Falcons -10 | Jesse’s pick: Bucs

Cleveland Browns (0-10) at Cincinnati Bengals (4-6) — 1 p.m., CBS, Andrew Catalon/James Lofton. Odds: Bengals -8 | Jesse’s pick: Browns

If you are still holding out hope the Giants can get the No. 1 overall pick you desperately want the Browns to win today.

Tennessee Titans (6-4) at Indianapolis Colts (3-7) — 1 p.m., FOX, Chris Myers/Daryl Johnston. Odds: Titans -3.5 | Jesse’s pick: Titans

Buffalo Bills (5-5) at Kansas City Chiefs (6-4) — 1 p.m., CBS, Greg Gumbel/Trent Green. Odds: Chiefs -9 | Jesse’s pick: Bills

This game is interesting for a couple of reasons. Tyrod Taylor is back at QB for Buffalo, though the decision to bench him last week probably already wrecked their season. And, are the Chiefs really as bad as they looked when the Giants beat them a week ago?

Miami Dolphins (4-6) at New England Patriots (8-2) — 1 p.m., CBS, Ian Eagle/Dan Fouts. Odds: Patriots -17 | Jesse’s pick: Dolphins

Carolina Panthers (7-3) at New York Jets (4-6) — 1 p.m., FOX, Thom Brennaman.Chris Spielman. Odds: Panthers -6 | Jesse’s pick: Jets

Chicago Bears (3-7) at Philadelphia Eagles (9-1) — 1 p.m., FOX, Kevin Burkhardt/Charles Davis. Odds: Eagles -14.5 | Jesse’s pick: Bears

You are rooting for the Bears just on general principle. A Chicago win might be better for the Giants draft stock, too.

Seattle Seahawks (6-4) at San Francisco 49ers (1-9) — 4:05 p.m., FOX, Kenny Albert/ Ronde Barber. Odds: Seahawks - 7 | Jesse’s pick: 49ers

The 49ers currently have the No. 2 overall pick and the Giants the third overall pick. So, 49ers victories are good for the Giants.

New Orleans Saints (8-2) at Los Angeles Rams (7-3) — 4:25 p.m., CBS, Jim Nantz/Tony Romo. Odds: Rams -1.5 | Jesse’s pick: Saints

It is possible to play really good offense with an aging, immobile quarterback who may not have the zip on the fastball he used to have. The Saints have done it all year.

Jacksonville Jaguars (7-3) at Arizona Cardinals (4-6) — 4:25 p.m., CBS, Spero Dedes/Adam Archuleta. Odds: Jaguars -5.5 | Jesse’s pick: Jaguars

It is simply impossible to even mention the Jaguars without thinking about Tom Coughlin and how good the Jaguars are with a terrible quarterback.

Denver Broncos (3-7) at Oakland Raiders (4-6) — 4:25 p.m., CBS, Kevin Harlan/Rich Gannon. Odds: Raiders -4.5 | Jesse’s pick: Broncos

While you are watching this one just think about Chad Wheeler vs. Khalil Mack next week.

Green Bay Packers (5-5) at Pittsburgh Steelers (8-2) — 8:25 p.m., NBC, Al Michael, Cris Collinsworth, Michele Tafoya. Odds: Steelers -14 | Jesse’s pick: Packers

The Green Bay system hasn’t looked so hot without all-world QB Aaron Rodgers to run it.
