The 12th week of the NFL gets its start on Thanksgiving Day as the Minnesota Vikings travel to play the Detroit Lions at 12:30 p.m. EST and the Los Angeles Chargers travel to play the Dallas Cowboys at 4:30 p.m. EST. The Vikings, Lions game can be caught on FOX and the Charges, Cowboys game will be on CBS.

The New York Giants face the Washington Redskins in the final game of the Thanksgiving tripleheader. We will have full coverage of that throughout the day.

The first game of the day will be crucial in the NFC North race. The Vikings come into the game with a 8-2 record, following a dominating 24-7 win over the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. The Lions come in with a 6-4 record following their 27-24 win over the Chicago Bears on Sunday. Minnesota is favored by 2.5 points.

The second game of Thanksgiving is between two teams hovering around the .500 mark. The Chargers come in with a 4-6 record, tied for second in the AFC West, following their 54-24 win over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. Los Angeles has now won four of its last six games. The Cowboys are currently 5-5, good for second in the NFC East. They will be without running back Ezekiel Elliott, as he is currently serving a six-game suspension. The Cowboys come into the game as a 0.5-point favorite.
