As expected, offensive lineman Justin Pugh (back) will not play Sunday for the New York Giants vs. the Kansas City Chiefs. He and middle linebacker B.J. Goodson have been ruled out.
Pugh left midway through last Sunday’s game with the San Francisco 49ers due to his back issues. Goodson has not played since Week 7 against the Seattle Seahawks, and has played in only five games this season.
Linebacker Kelvin Sheppard, who suffered a groin injury in his first game of the season last week, is listed as doubtful.
Defensive tackle Damon Harrison (ankle) and linebacker Devon Kennard (quad) are questionable.
The good news appears to be that starting right guard D.J. Fluker, limited in practice earlier in the week due to an ankle injury, is not on the report. That would mean he is likely expected to play on Sunday. The same for cornerback Donte Deayon, who has missed the last two games with an ankle injury.
