Fantasy Football: Five waiver wire adds for Week 10

The fantasy season is heading for the stretch run

Oakland Raiders v Tennessee Titans
Corey Davis

Hopefully your fantasy team isn’t playing like Big Blue, and you have your eyes set on the playoff push. Week 10 starts the critical month of all fantasy leagues, so let’s get to this week’s top adds.

Jamaal Williams, RB, GB

Aaron Jones has a multi-week knee injury, and Ty Montgomery looks iffy with broken ribs. Williams gets a tough Ravens defense this week, but will still be a volume based RB2 if TyMont sits.

Austin Ekeler, RB, SD

Ekeler had two more spikes this week, and livens up the Chargers offense whenever on the field. Melvin Gordon looks overworked, and it wouldn’t surprise if they scale him back in a lost season. Ekeler has PPR flex appeal now, and borderline RB1 upside if Gordon sits later in the season.

Samaje Perine, RB, WAS

Rob Kelley is out with ankle and knee injuries, leaving Perine to fill the early down banger role for Washington. Chris Thompson still owns this backfield, but Perine could fill the “desperate flex” start that every fantasy team needs during the home stretch.

Corey Davis, WR, TEN

Davis looks like the real deal when healthy and given WR1 level targets. His chemistry with Mariota will only grown, and he’s still only owned in 48 percent of Yahoo! leagues. Go get him.

Kansas City Chiefs DST

The Chiefs defense has turned into swish cheese of late, even though they started they year as the “NFL’s best team.” Coming off a bye, they have a get-right spot for their defense, going against you know who at MetLife. Stream your defenses and TEs against Big Blue, folks.
