The New York Giants will be without starting center Weston Richburg (concussion) and running back Paul Perkins (rib contusion) Sunday when they face the Los Angeles Chargers.
Defensive ends Jason Pierre-Paul (shoulder sprain) and Olivier Vernon (ankle) are questionable). Two new additions to the injury report — defensive end Avery Moss (shoulder) and guard John Jerry (hamstring) are also listed as questionable. Moss and Jerry were not on the team’s injury report prior to Friday. Pierre-Paul has promised to play.
Odell Beckham Jr., Janoris Jenkins and Orleans Darkwa were not on the final report.
With Richburg out, Brett Jones will start at center. Jon Halapio, just signed off the practice squad this week, will likely back him up. If Jerry can’t go, that would likely mean D.J. Fluker would get another start at right guard with Justin Pugh back at left guard and Bobby Hart at right tackle.
With Perkins out Darkwa and rookie Wayne Gallman will probably split time.
