The New York Giants are off this week. There is, however a full slate of games for Week 8 of the NFL season, and there are many games that could or should interest Giants fans.

The 0-7 Cleveland Browns and 5-2 Minnesota Vikings kick off the day with a 9:30 a.m. ET game in London. That game is in London and will be shown on NFL Network. If your sole desire for the rest of the season is to see the Giants get the first overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, or at least the highest possible pick, you will be hoping to see the Browns get their first victory of the season.

The 1 p.m. slate features the 0-7 San Francisco 49ers facing the 6-1 Philadelphia Eagles (TV: FOX). A San Francisco victory would be doubly sweet for Giants fans. It would come against the hated Eagles, and could help the Giants’ draft position.

Your 4 p.m. games include the Dallas Cowboys vs. the Washington Redskins (4:25/FOX). The Sunday Night Football encounter is the Denver Broncos vs. Kansas City Chiefs.

Check 506sports.com for games being shown in your area. Use this as your discussion thread for the day.
