Can the 0-5 New York Giants do what no one — including your Big Blue View staff writers — think they do Sunday night? That, of course, would be to defeat the Denver Broncos with a vastly depleted roster.

Coach Ben McAdoo said this week that “there’s nobody giving us a chance in hell to go win this ballgame.”

Inactives

We knew six of the inactives on Friday when the Giants annouced that six players would miss the game with injuries. Those are:

RB Paul Perkins (ribs), LB Jonathan Casillas (neck), DE Olivier Vernon (ankle), C Weston Richburg (concussion), WR Sterling Shepard (ankle), De Romeo Okwara (knee).

The seventh inactive will be rookie quarterback Davis Webb.

Cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie is suspended, and wide receivers Odell Beckham Jr., Brandon Marshall and Dwayne Harris were all placed on injured reserve this week.
