At least we already know what the inactive list will look like

The New York Giants team that faces the Denver Broncos on Sunday night will barely be recognizable. In addition to the players placed on season-ending injured reserve earlier this week, the Giants on Friday declared six players out for the game.

LB Jonathan Casillas (neck), DE Olivier Vernon (ankle), WR Sterling Shepard (ankle), DE Romeo Okwara (knee), RB Paul Perkins (ribs) and C Weston Richburg (concussion) will not suit up for the Giants on Sunday.

Safety Landon Collins (ankle) might not play, either. He is listed as questionable.

Wide receivers Odell Beckham Jr., Brandon Marshall and Dwayne Harris were all placed on IR earlier in the week. Cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie has, of course, been suspended.

Rookie quarterback Davis Webb has been inactive for the first five games. He will likely be the seventh inactive player Sunday night.

So, when you sit down to watch the Giants on Sunday you will will recognize the uniforms. You might just not be too sure who the guys are that are wearing them.
