The New York Giants have a very short injury list heading into Sunday’s season-opening game against the Dallas Cowboys. Only linebacker Jonathan Casillas (ribs), linebacker B.J. Goodson (concussion) and safety Darian Thompson (shoulder) are on the team’s pre-practice injury report for Wednesday.

Per head coach Ben McAdoo, all three players will be limited in practice on Wednesday.

Casillas injured his ribs in the third preseason game against the New York Jets. The veteran linebacker said he did not break any ribs and has aimed to play against Dallas. Thompson did not play in the final two preseason games. How much he will be able to play Sunday is unknown. Nat Berhe will step in at free safety if Thompson is not available. Goodson suffered his concussion against the Jets.

We will update after practice with any new developments or status changes. For now, though, the Giants appear pretty healthy entering Week 1.
