The New York Giants officially open the Ben McAdoo era Sunday in Arlington, Tx. against the NFC East-rival Dallas Cowboys. The Giants are 0-4 in season-opening games against the Cowboys since 2007.

We have been previewing the game all week. Here are five things we will be watching today. We also looked at the matchups. Here is our take on the Giants’ defense vs. the Cowboys’ offense, and our take on the Giants’ offense vs. the Dallas defense.
We also spent a good deal of time this week talking about Dak Prescott, the rookie quarterback who will lead the Cowboys. Here are those posts:
- Can Prescott torment former mentor Eli Manning?
- Spags: Dallas offense about more than Prescott
- Should we have seen Prescott’s preseason success coming?
