Former New York Giants defensive end DaMontre Moore is now off his third team in less than nine months.
It was announced Friday that the former Giant and Dolphin had been waived by the Oakland Raiders.
Earlier, the Raiders waived former Giants DE (and third-round pick) Damontre Moore. That's 3 teams in eight months (and counting).

The move by the Raiders comes after claiming cornerback Tramain Jacobs, who the Giants had waived Thursday in order to sign corner Leon Hall.
With defensive end / outside linebacker Aldon Smith serving a one-year suspension for substance abuse and currently in rehab, waiving Moore seems like a curious move. However, Moore has also long had questions regarding his work ethic and locker room conduct -- a fight with Cullen Jenkins was the last straw for Tom Coughlin.
Where Moore goes from here is anyone's guess, or if this was even his last chance to play in the NFL. Given their woes on the defensive side of the ball, the Dallas Cowboys could be the team to watch for the former Giant, Dolphin, and now Raider.
