With the New York Giants starters playing deep in week three of the preseason, the chance for injuries are higher than ever. Linebacker Jonathan Casillas was taken out of the game with a rib injury and is currently getting checked out with X-rays. Casillas has been impressing all preseason.

Meanwhile, cornerback Leon Hall left the game in the first quarter. He has been diagnosed with a concussion and won't return.

Casillas and Hall are veteran players the Giants are counting on. Hall appeared to be injured when he collided with a teammate while assisting on a tackle. Casillas went out after the first defensive series.

UPDATE 8:40 p.m., B.J. Goodson is being evaluated for a concussion.

UPDATE 9:55 p.m., Nikita Whitlock was carted off the field with a foot injury.
