The New York Giants will apparently add quarterback B.J. Daniels, who participated in the team's rookie mini-camp last weekend. That news was reported Monday morning be a variety of beat writers.

Daniels, 26, has spent parts of the last three season with the Seattle Seahawks and Houston Texans. The Seahawks used him at both quarterback and wide receiver. Daniels actually caught two passes for Seattle last season before being released and winding up with the Texans. He completed one of two passes for Houston.

The Giants also have undrafted free agent quarterback Josh Woodrum, who played collegiately at Liberty College, on their 90-man roster.

Other tryout players who have reportedly signed are Ishaq Williams and cornerback Matt Smalley.

The Giants have not yet made any of these moves official. They will also have to release some players to make roster space. The roster is currently at 90 players, including unsigned draft picks B.J. Goodson and Darian Thompson. If and when moves become official, we will get you updated.
