Mock draft database update: Did Rams-Titans trade change anything for Giants?

Ronnie Stanley most popular pick for Giants.

The monster trade (yes, I'm trying not to say blockbuster) between the Tennessee Titans and Los Angeles Rams, giving the Rams the first overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, sent mock draft creators back to the drawing board. Our database of 55 mocks includes 21 that have been modified or built since the trade happened on Thursday.

Did the trade change anything for the New York Giants? The pie chart above would indicate that it did not.

Notre Dame offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley is far and away the player most often mocked to the Giants, selected 15 times, or in 27.3 percent of the mock drafts. Michigan State offensive tackle Jack Conklin and Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott were each chosen seven times, or 12.7 percent of the time. The two most often selected defensive players for the Giants were Florida cornerback Vernon Hargreaves and Georgia linebacker Leonard Floyd. Both were selected five times, or in 9.1 percent of the mocks in our database.
