The 2016 NFL Draft is just two weeks away. With that in mind, this week's edition of the "Big Blue Chat" podcast with Pat Traina (Bleacher Report/Inside Football) and myself featured CBS draft analyst Dane Brugler.

Brugler spoke about a wide variety of topics, including Thursday's blockbuster Los Angeles Rams-Tennessee Titans trade that saw the Rams move all the way from No. 15 to No. 1, where they will almost certainly draft a quarterback. Chris already offered some thoughts on implications for the New York Giants. Brugler addresses that topic, as well.

Brugler has the Giants taking Notre Dame offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley in his latest mock draft, so we spoke at length about whether or not drafting an offensive tackle at No. 10 is devoting too many resources after using two first-round picks and a second-round pick on the line in the last three years. Brugler's take? There's a huge dropoff at the tackle spot after Round 1 and if you want an immediate starter Round 1 is the place to get it.

Brugler also addressed several other topics of interest to the Giants. You'll have to listen for the rest of his insight.

Pat and I were also joined by former Syracuse Orange defensive tackle Wayne Williams, one of the players who participated in the Giants recent local pro day workout.
