Week 4 Sunday NFL viewing guide, live thread for Giants fans

What are the games of interest?

NFL: Cleveland Browns at Miami Dolphins

Your New York Giants don’t play Sunday. We know, though, that you will want to watch some football, so here is a viewing guide to the action.

Check 506 sports for the games being broadcast in your area. Check Jesse’s picks against the point spread for a little help laying your money down.

9:30 a.m.

Indianapolis Colts (1-2) at Jacksonville Jaguars (0-3) (CBS)

The first London game of the 2016 NFL season. Get up early and go to church. Go to church Saturday if that’s an option. I always think of the Colts as a better team than they actually are. I guess that’s the Andrew Luck factor. The Jaguars aren’t good, either. But hey, it’s football. At 9:30 a.m. on a Sunday.

1 p.m. games

CBS

Buffalo Bills (1-2) at New England Patriots (3-0); Cleveland Browns (0-3) at Washington Redskins (1-2); Oakland Raiders (2-1) at Baltimore Ravens (3-0); Tennessee Titans (1-2) at Houston Texans (2-1)

The game of interest for Giants’ fans, obviously is Cleveland at Washington. Can the woeful Browns do what the Giants couldn’t do a week ago and knock off the Redskins? Don’t hold your breath.

Bills at Patriots promises to be interesting. Who, exactly, is going to play quarterback for the Patriots? Raiders at Ravens and Titans at Texans hold no real interest for Giants’ fans, but both should be good games.

FOX

Seattle Seahawks (2-1) at New York Jets (1-2); Detroit Lions (1-2) at Chicago Bears (0-3); Carolina Panthers (1-2) at Atlanta Falcons (2-1)

Nothing truly important here for Giants’s fans.

4:05 p.m.

Denver Broncos (3-0) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-2) (CBS)

Peyton who? The Broncos just keep rolling along with Trevor Siemian at quarterback and a dominant defense.

4:25 p.m.

FOX

Dallas Cowboys (2-1) at San Francisco 49ers (1-2); Los Angeles Rams (2-1) at Arizona Cardinals (1-2); New Orleans Saints (0-3) at San Diego Chargers (1-2)

It’s simple. In this time slot, you are a fan of the 49ers.

8:30 p.m.

Kansas City Chiefs (2-1) at Pittsburgh Steelers (2-1)

No rooting interest here, but what should be an excellent game to close out the day.

(Use this as your open thread to discuss games throughout the the day).
