Jason Pierre-Paul has come and gone, back in South Florida after visiting the New York Giants and having team doctors determine that he isn't ready to play football. Pierre-Paul took to social media Wednesday, however, to voice his belief that he will play this season.

Whether that is true or not remains to be seen, of course. Pierre-Paul's burst of social media activity, though, corresponds with head coach Tom Coughlin saying Wednesday that Pierre-Paul seemed "optimistic" when he visited the team.
Meanwhile, of course, the Giants get ready for the Cowboys without the hope of Pierre-Paul joining them. Read all of our game coverage on the Big Blue View Giants-Cowboys Hub Page.
