The New York Giants have until 4 p.m. ET today, Saturday, Sept. 5, to make roster cuts and reach the 53-man regular-season player limit. The shaping of the 2015 roster already began on Friday when the Giants cut punter Steve Weatherford and traded for his replacement, Brad Wing. The roster, though, remains at 75 players entering the day.

UPDATE 10:23 a.m.: As had been expected, the Giants are cutting placekicker Chris Boswell.
UPDATE 10:37 a.m.: Offensive tackle Emmett Cleary is being let go, per reports.
OL Emmett Cleary was released by the Giants. Could be a practice squad candidate when those guys are signed tomorrow.

UPDATE 10:54 a.m.: Running back Kenneth Harper has been cut, per Ralph Vacchiano.
UPDATE 11:14 a.m.: The "JPP of tight ends" is out. Which means Jerome Cunningham might be in.
Here's a minor surprise: The Giants have cut TE Adrien Robinson (4th round, 2012), the famous "JPP of tight ends".

UPDATE 11:23 a.m.: Cornerback C.J. Conway is being released.
UPDATE 11:40 a.m.: Wide receiver Julian Talley is the latest player to be cut by the Giants.
UPDATE 11:53 a.m.: The Giants have reportedly cut offensive lineman Adam Gettis, a player I thought had a shot at the 53-man roster.
UPDATE 12:18 p.m.: Quarterback Ricky Stanzi is the latest known cut by the Giants. No surprise.
UPDATE 12:50 p.m.: Giants fans, one of your worst fears has been realized. Multiple reports are indicating that wide receiver Corey Washington has been cut.

UPDATE 1:05 p.m.: Defensive tackle Dominique Hamilton tweets that he has been cut by the Giants.
UPDATE 1:46 p.m.: Defensive end Brad Bars has reportedly been cut. Don't be surprised if he ends up on the practice squad.
UPDATE 3:03 p.m.: Linebacker Cole Farrand the latest cut to be reported. UDFA who could be ticketed for practice squad.
UPDATE 3:12 p.m.: Per Pat Traina, the Giants are releasing veteran linebacker Jameel McClain. I guess that means Uani Unga is making the roster.
