The New York Giants have no more time to sulk about last Sunday's unfathomable 27-26 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. They host the Atlanta Falcons, 26-24 winners over the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night, this Sunday at MetLife Stadium. The 0-1 Giants open the week as 2.5-point favorites over the 1-0 Falcons.
After poor communication and clock management saw them hand the Cowboys a game they had in their grasp, the Giants need to shake that off and focus on a Falcons team that was impressive in defeating the Eagles Monday night. Let's quickly review some of what has been written and said about Sunday's breakdown:

Now, like the Giants must, let's turn the page.
"We have to stay positive and rally together. I know it's tough and I know just for myself this is probably one of the toughest losses that I've had in my career," defensive lineman Cullen Jenkins said on Monday. "I found myself, even today, needing a boost. Some of the coaches helped pick my spirits up. [Michael] Strahan was in the building and he talked to us and that helped a lot. It's things like when we just have to rally together, stay behind each other, and get through this together."
