Geremy Davis on the New York Post
For late round picks and undrafted free agents, there is no more stressful time than training camp and the preseason. Geremy Davis wrote a piece on the New York Post on how his experience as a New York Giant has been like so far. Davis is apart of one of the tougher position battles for the Giants and he shares the pressure of what each play can bring. Definitely a must read.
It’s just fun being out there, coming out of the locker room as a Giant. Every one of the catches was important, moving the chains, establishing trust with the quarterback, the whole offense, [offensive coordinator] Ben McAdoo and everybody. Every play is important. Even the blocking, I’m not going to go, ‘Oh look, I caught however many catches I had.’ I’m going to keep doing my part to help the team win.
Get to know Ashlee Palmer and C.J. Conway
In a pair of roster moves, the Giants have added linebacker Ashlee Palmer and defensive back C.J. Conway to add to the competition. The official Giants website lists five facts to get to get to know the new acquisitions. The first fact on Palmer will be tested right away now that he's a New York Giant.
The 6-foot-1, 238-pound Palmer never missed a game over the last five seasons in Detroit and has only missed two in his entire six-year career (both as a rookie with the Bills). Palmer has played in two postseason games with one start.
As for Conway, he is a local New Jersey resident and even went to Montclair State University.
