EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The New York Giants trail the Jacksonville Jaguars, 9-6, at halftime of Saturday's preseason game at MetLife Stadium.
Jacksonville got field goals on its first three possessions, all against the Giants' first-team defense.
Eli Manning went 4-of-14 for 46 yards during his time in the game.
The Giants lost three players to injury in the first half -- Jon Beason, Mark Herzlich and Justin Currie. Beason sprained a knee, but was moving around on the sidelines. Herzlich suffered a concussion, and Currie a right ankle injury.
Giants' coach Tom Coughlin won a pair of replay challenges in the first half, including one that created a Jacksonville turnover.
The Giants' scoring came on a pair of field goals by Josh Brown. Brown made kicks of 51 and 43 yards.
