What's that? You haven't had enough talk yet about the New York Giants 2015 draft class, undrafted free-agent signees or rookie mini-camp? Well, you're in luck. Pat Traina (Bleacher Report/Inside Football) and I discuss all of those things and more in the most recent edition of the 'Big Blue Chat with Pat and Ed' podcast.
We chat about the draft picks, with both of us agreeing that third-round pick Owamagbe Odighizuwa was probably the draft choice who stood out the most during the two practices we were able to watch.
We discuss the undrafted free agents. The name to watch here? Tight end Matt LaCosse. From Illinois, LaCosse has played inline, as an H-Back, lined up in the slot and even played some fullback. He showed good hands and an ability to get down the field during mini-camp.
We also discuss the press conferences held by offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo and defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo. This was my first exposure to a Spags press conference, and I have some things to say about that, as well.
