Apparently tired of all of the 2015 NFL free agency rumors swirling about where he might end up, Antrel Rolle took to Twitter Wednesday night to update his status. Rolle said he has not had talks with any teams, including the New York Giants.
All of these allegations regarding my contract negotiations are entirely false. I haven't had discussions with any teams including NYG

This is a business and I will approach it just as that. I plan to let everything run its course. So once again the allegations are false!!!

I am patiently waiting to see what's in store for me next.. When that time comes for negotiations it will be handled professionally #goodday

No numbers have been discussed at all and neither have I put a price on myself.... Like I said no talks have happened with any team

Technically, of course, free-agents-to-be can't talk with other NFL teams until the "legal tampering window" opens on Saturday. It might not even be a shock that the Giants would wait to see what sort of market there is for Rolle before deciding what type of formal offer to make. It would be somewhat surprising, however, if Rolle's camp and the Giants have not -- at least in general terms - exchanged some ideas on what they believe to be the right price.
