In honor of March Madness, and the ongoing NFL Free Agency period, let's play a New York Giants free agency March Madness game of our own. Below is a bracket of eight players the Giants have signed as free agents, seeded from No. 1 to No. 8.
Let's go through matchup-by-matchup and see who you believe is the best Giants free-agent signing of all time. These are my choices as the top eight, with a little help from 'Rap.' We could argue about whether or not someone like Chris Canty should be on the list, but let's not. Let's just vote on the players presented.
Today's matchup is top-seeded Antrel Rolle vs. No. 8 seed Kareem McKenzie. Vote in the poll provided for your choice.
You know Rolle's story. Five years with the Giants, a Super Bowl title, two years as defensive captain. Now a member of the Chicago Bears.
McKenzie signed with the Giants in 2005 after four years with the New York Jets. He gave the Giants seven solid seasons at right tackle, earning two Super Bowl rings along the way.
By the way, if anyone knows of a better way to format this bracket let me know. Especially an editable way to present it.
