The Hynocerous is back! Fullback Henry Henry Hynoski will return to the New York Giants, faving agreed toa two-year deal worth $2 million, according to Nick Powell of NJ Advance Media.
A four-year veteran, Hynoski played all 16 games for the Giants last season. He ran the ball seven times for 13 yards, and did not catch any passes.
In the Giants' offense, the fullback is not used extensively. His primary job, however, is to clear lanes for running backs. Pro Football Focus graded Hynoski as the second-best blocking fullback in the NFL a year ago, giving him a +6.2 grade.
In four seasons, Hynoski has played 46 games. He has 24 receptions and 12 rushing attempts.
Hynoski is the second of the Giants' free agents to re-sign with the team on Wednesday, with Mark Herzlich having done so earlier.
