The 2015 NFL Free Agency rumor mill is swirling? Who will end up signing with the New York Giants? Shane Vereen? Rahim Moore? Ron Parker? Da'Norris Searcy? Dan Williams? Bryan Bulaga? Joe Barksdale? Someone, or several someones, we haven't even thought of?
You can follow all the news and rumors in our free-agent tracker, and find all of our free-agent coverage on our Free Agency Hub Page. For now, let's turn our attention to what some analysts around the Inter-Google think the Giants will be able to do once the signing period floodgates open at 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday.
'Monday Morning Quarterback' thinks running back Shane Vereen is a perfect fit for the Giants. MMQB's Greg Bedard lists Vereen as No. 50 on his list of the top 100 free agents. Bedard says Vereen "a matchup nightmare against linebackers and can line up at receiver."
If current reports prove correct, Bedard could end up being right here. Vereen is a player who would bring a skill set to the backfield that the Giants currently don't have, and it seems as if it could happen.
We just polled our readers asking which of the currently hot free-agent safeties the Giants should sign -- Rahim Moore or Ron Parker.
Rotoworld's Evan Silva thinks Moore, No. 21 on his list of the top free agents, will look very nice once he trades in his orange Denver Broncos' jersey for a blue Giants' one.
Free agency's No. 2 free safety, Moore will be a solid consolation prize for a team missing out on high-priced Devin McCourty. Moore just turned 25 and logged four interceptions in 2014, earning positive pass-coverage grades from Pro Football Focus. Moore is a liability against the run, but would man center field for the Giants. The G-Men have money to spend after whiffing on McCourty and Brandon Graham.
Which player would you most like to see the Giants add in free agency?
