ESPN's Todd McShay mocked Iowa offensive tackle Brandon Scherff to the New York Giants in version 2.0 of his 2015 NFL mock draft, released before the NFL Combine. Has McShay changed his mind about the ninth overall pick now the 2015 NFL Scouting Combine is complete? He didn't say that directly during a conference call Monday afternoon, but certainly hinted at it.
McShay said he wouldn’t be crazy about drafting an OT top 10. He cites Peat and Scherff as the top OTs and only two he considers top 10.

Interested in a linebacker for the Giants? McShay has three worthy of second-round selections.
McShay mentioned Kendricks after Perryman in McKinney and said all three have 2nd round grades. Early 3rd for Stephone Anthony.

McShay said Landon Collins of Alabama is the only safety worthy of being selected in the first two rounds, despite having "limitations in man-to-man coverage."
McShay points out Landon Collins’ issues in man coverage, but gives him credit for his range. "Pretty impressive" combine numbers.

McShay compared Todd Gurley of Georgia to Marshawn Lynch, calling him "an absolute freight train."
NOTE: Yours truly was on the call for a few minutes but had to drop off. SB Nation's Dan Kadar @MockingTheDraft was all over it.
