The New York Giants play a game Sunday night that has no meaning for them in terms of the 2015 season. They were eliminated from the NFC East title race on Saturday night when the Washington Redskins clinched the division with a 38-24 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Giants (6-8) will play for pride, and for a chance to avoid a third straight losing season. The Giants can get to 8-8 if they win their final two games. The Giants have lost four of their last five. The Vikings are 9-5. Minnesota can clinch a playoff berth with a victory over the Giants.
Odell Beckham Jr. will serve his one-game suspension for last week;s behavior vs. the Carolina Panthers. Veteran wide receiver Hakeem Nicks will start in his place.
Oddsmakers list the Giants as 7-point underdogs. Big Blue View staff members don't appear to have much confidence in the Giants, either.
