Cornerback Prince Amukamara will miss his fifth straight game due to a pectoral injury on Sunday when the New York Giants host the New England Patriots. Amukamara practiced on a limited basis for the Giants this week, but is not ready to play.
Linebacker J.T. Thomas will miss his third straight game due to an ankle injury. Tight end Larry Donnell and linebacker Uani 'Unga, both dealing with neck injuries, will each sit out for the second straight week. Victor Cruz, who has yet to play this season, also will once again sit out.
Without Amukamara, Jayron Hosley will once again fill in at corner. Jasper Brinkly will start at middle linebacker for 'Unga, and Jonathan Casillas will play in place of Thomas. Will Tye and Jerome Cunningham will handle tight end duties with Donnell sidelined.
