New York Jets (2-1) at Miami Dolphins (1-2)
The Jets gear up for their first game versus an AFC East rival this season as they will play the Dolphins at Wembley Stadium in London. Both teams are coming off disappointing Week 3 losses to the Eagles and Bills, respectively. It will be the first divisional matchup in the NFL's International Series.

Philadelphia Eagles (1-2) at Washington Redskins (1-2)
Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford will make his first start against the Redskins since 2012. Philadelphia turned things around behind a big performance from Darren Sproles in a Week 3 victory against the Jets. The Redskins are coming off a disappointing loss to the Giants last Thursday night. On September 21, 2014, Kirk Cousins had a career-high 427 yards passing against the Eagles.
Game Time: 1:00 p.m.
TV: FOX

Houston Texans (1-2) at Atlanta Falcons (3-0)
Dan Quinn has led a resurgent Falcons squad to a great 3-0 start, beating three straight NFC East opponents (Eagles, Giants, Cowboys) in the process. The Falcons have been buoyed by superstar wideout Julio Jones, a legitimate MVP candidate early in the season, and were carried (no pun intended) by running back Devonta Freeman (141 yards, 3 touchdowns) last week in their comeback 39-28 victory over Dallas. However, the Falcons offense will certainly have their hands full dealing with J.J. Watt, Vince Wilfork and Brian Cushing on the opposing Texans defense. Houston running back Arian Foster, who has missed the first three games with a groin injury, may return for this contest.
Game Time: 1:00 p.m.
TV: CBS
Announcers: Kevin Harlan, Rich Gannon.

Carolina Panthers (3-0) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-2)
Cam Newton and the Panthers will look to keep pace with the Falcons when they face first overall pick Jameis Winston and the Buccaneers this Sunday. Newton has won four of six career starts against Tampa Bay, but will face a defense led by linebacker Lavonte David, who has more than 300 tackles since 2013, defensive tackle Gerald McCoy and defensive end Jacqueis Smith, who leads the NFL with 4.0 sacks.
Game Time: 1:00 p.m.
TV: FOX
Announcers: Chris Myers, Ronde Barber, Jennifer Hale
Radio: SIRIUS: 134 (Car.), 113 (TB). XM: 230 (TB).

Oakland Raiders (2-1) at Chicago Bears (0-3)
Derek Carr leads an upstart Raiders squad that has strung together two solid victories against the Ravens and Browns. They'll travel to the Windy City to take on an abysmal Bears team, that got shut out by the Seahawks last week 26-0. Amari Cooper leads all rookie receivers in catches and yards, which doesn't help the Bears defense. Despite the shutout last week, the Bears still have Matt Forte, Martellus Bennett and Alshon Jeffery to lean on, but they will need better production from backup quarterback Jimmy Clausen to win this one.
Game Time: 1:00 p.m.
TV: CBS
Announcers: Greg Gumbel, Trent Green, Jamie Erdahl

Kansas City Chiefs (1-2) at Cincinnati Bengals (3-0)
The Bengals are once again in prime position to win the AFC North, and they next face a Chiefs team in need of a rebound. Both teams have top-tier rushing attacks, but the play of quarterbacks Andy Dalton and Alex Smith may be the key to win the game.
