When the New York Giants took the practice field on Thursday, Jason Pierre-Paul was there with the rest of the team, but not every Giant practiced.
After working on the side with trainers during Wednesday's practice, JPP took part in all of the Giants' individual drills on Thursday, and reportedly looked "explosive".
Coughlin said JPP is in "excellent condition" and will get some work today on the scout team defense.

JPP did all the drills, including grabbing and shedding blockers and picking up fumbles.

The Giants also had Geoff Schwartz and Uani Unga return to practice after being limited on Wednesday, while Odell Beckham and Rueben Randle practiced fully for the second straight day.
Not practicing were: Victor Cruz, Prince Amukamara, Owa Odighizuwa, Jon Beason, and JT Thomas. After not practicing for two straight days, it seems unlikely that the rookie Odighizuwa will play against the Saints. That could also apply to Beason and JT Thomas, who was seen in a boot on Wednesday.
[UPDATE]
The plan seems to be that while he was held out of practice Wednesday, Thursday was a "maintenance day" for Beason, who had his ankle rolled in Sunday's game. The plan is for him to travel to New Orleans and play.
Beason said the plan i for him to play Sunday. He didn't practice today (maintenance day).

Friday will once again be the Giants' mandatory recovery day -- or "Spa Day" -- and Saturday will be an intense walk-through as the Giants prepare to travel to the New Orleans Saints.
