Canty, 32, played in 26 of a possible 32 regular-season games for the Ravens over two seasons. He was still an effective run defender, earning a +3.9 grade from Pro Football Focus in that department this season.
Canty was originally a fourth-round pick by the Cowboys in 2005.
Feel free to share your thoughts on Canty's time with the Giants. Go back in time a bit, as well. Did the Giants make the right call after the 2012 season, letting Canty go and bringing on Cullen Jenkins and Mike Patterson to play defensive tackle?
