DeSean Jackson expected to play for Redskins vs. Giants

DeSean Jackson seems unlikely to miss tonight's game against the Giants

Jeffrey G. Pittenger-USA TODAY Sports

You don't really expect wide receiver DeSean Jacksonlisted as questionable on the Washington Redskins injury report, to miss Thursday night's game against the New York Giants, do you? The Redskins reportedly don't [by the way, Giants fans, don't click that link unless you want to torture yourself], with our friends at Hogs Haven saying Jackson "will play ... as expected."

The official list of inactives will be out at around 7:30 p.m. ET an hour before kickoff. For the Giants, we know that linebacker Devon Kennard and wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. will be on that list. Middle linebacker Jon Beason, listed as doubtful, is also expected to be on the list.

Who else will be inactive? It's a good bet defensive end Kerry Wynn, inactive for every game thus far, won't get a uniform tonight. That's four. My guess? Rookie defensive tackle Jay Bromley will be inactive since Markus Kuhn is back, and injured offensive linemen James Brewer (back) and Charles Brown (shoulder) also probably won't dress.

We will find out for sure in a couple of hours.
