This week’s focus: FOCUS. On-the-field leaders wanted! Here’s my question for @sbnation: http://t.co/DP2hjWd7xN #GMCPlaybook

This week's GMC sponsored post asks an interesting question, New York Giants. "Who is that one leader" for the Giants who is really the primary guy the team looks to?
Victor Cruz is a captain, but we discussed earlier how being a captain is something he is just learning how to do.
Is it Eli Manning? He remains the single most important Giant. If the Giants can ever get around to playing well enough to need big plays in the closing moments of games, Manning is the guy the Giants will lean on. But, emotionally? Is Manning the guy?
Is it Antrel Rolle? He is certainly the loudest of the Giants' locker room leaders.
Is it middle linebacker Jon Beason? If so, the Giants might be in even more trouble if he is out for an extended period of time.
Is it someone else? Can Steve Weatherford, a punter, be considered a leader? Jason Pierre-Paul?
Vote in the poll.
