Tonight will be the Giants' fans first chance to get a look at the New York Giants following their win over the Buffalo Bills in the first game of the 2014 NFL season.
This will also be Giants' fans first chance to get a look at newly signed defensive end Israel Idonije. From 2010-2012 Idonije racked up 20.5 sacks (29 for his career), but carries a reputation as a demon on special teams.
While Peyton Hillis left Tuesday evening's practice early, Will Beatty returned to the field, and rookie wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. ran and did some work returning punts.
Practice will run from 5:40 to 7:50 this evening, with the linebackers and retired Giants David Diehl, Sean O'Hara, Kareem McKenzie, and Deon Grant signing autographs after practice.
And finally this will be the only open practice this week, with the Jets' preseason opener against the Colts forcing practice inside, and closed to the public.
