New York Giants headlines for Tuesday, 8/5.

Jason Miller

Good morning, New York Giants fans! The Giants get back to training camp practice Tuesday at Quest Diagnostics Training Center. This practice is closed to the public due to a 'One Direction' concert at MetLife Stadium Tuesday night, so don't plan on heading over to watch. Here are your morning headlines.

Coughlin Assesses Ryan Nassib

Head coach Tom Coughlin thought quarterback Ryan Nassib did some good things -- and one really bad thing -- Sunday night vs. the Buffalo Bills.

"I thought that Ryan, for the most part, did a good job. The one interception that was overruled, I thought, was a very bad play. I am not sure why that happened. We will have to talk to him about it. For the most part of it, he did direct his team and he did throw the ball well enough," Coughlin said.

Injury Update

Tight end Daniel Fells left Sunday's game early, and Coughlin said Fells has a bone bruise on his knee. Coughlin said he was not certain if left tackle Will Beatty, held out of Sunday's game, would play this weekend vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers.
