Checking out what could be coming in 2014 for Giants' WR Rueben Randle.

With just a couple weeks left before the Giants report to training camp, Big Blue View continues a look at the 90-man roster the team will take to East Rutherford on July 21.Today, let's get to know wide receiver Rueben Randle.

2013 Season In Review

Rueben Randle went through an up-and-down 2013 season that saw the former second-round pick show promise, but also leave fans, coaches and teammates craving more. There were the routes that left defensive backs looking dazed and confused, followed by ones where he was anywhere but on the same page as quarterback Eli Manning.

Randle finished 2013 with 41 receptions for 611 yards and six touchdowns. Versus the Cowboys in the first game of the season, the LSU alum hauled in six passes for 101 yards.

2014 Season Outlook

Randle struggled his first two seasons in the league grasping a hold of Kevin Gilbride's read-and-react offense. The confusion hampered his overall performance on the field and Manning's trust in the 6-foot-2, 208-pound target. Randle has made it known that Ben McAdoo's offense has less reads, which could be exactly what he needs to reach his full potential. Couple that with the fact Hakeem Nicks is now in Indianapolis and Randle could be in for a big season this year.
