Let's continue our series of player-by-player profiles of the New York Giants' 90-man roster with a look at undrafted free agent defensive end Kerry Wynn.

2013 Season In Review

Wynn was a second-team All-Colonial Athletic Association selection while playing for the Richmond Spiders. He had 56 tackles, 5.5 for loss and 2.5 sacks in 10 games.

2014 Season Outlook

Wynn went undrafted, and landed with the Giants. Here is a portion of the NFL.com scouting report on Wynn:

Strong, stiff, developmental five-technique who showed improvement as a senior but must learn how to play with more consistent pad level to have a chance.

Wynn is 6-foot-5, 266 pounds. He played primarily inside his last two seasons at Richmond, but is not big enough to stay inside at the NFL level. Jason Pierre-Paul, Damontre Moore, Mathias Kiwanuka and Robert Ayers all figure to have spots at defensive end unless there are injuries. Wynn is in a group of other players hoping to impress enough to stick around on the practice squad.
