The NFL Draft will have a new look next year. NFL.com is reporting that the draft will definitely move in 2015, as perennial host Radio City Music Hall has said it is not available to host the event in either April or May of next year.
NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport is reporting that the draft is likely to be held in Los Angeles, Chicago or at Madison Square Garden in New York City next year, with proposed dates of either April 22-25 or April 29-May 2. Those dates are also an indication that the draft could be moving to a four-day event.
The draft has been held at Radio City Music Hall since 2006. It has been in New York City since 1965.
Per NFL.com, the league expects to make a final decision on the venue later this summer.
Will you miss the draft if it isn't in New York City, or don't you care? Let us know.
