Good morning, New York Giants fans! Here are your Friday morning headlines.
We already knew running back David Wilson would have his surgically-repaired neck examined once more before training camp in the hopes he will be cleared for full contact. Dan Graziano of ESPN reports that Wilson's exam will take place July 21, the day the Giants report for camp. Wilson, per Graziano, is excited about the way he could be used in the Giants' new offense:
"I just like the schemes, personally," Wilson said. "I like the options I have and the way I can use my athletic ability. I think I really could play a role in this offense."
The 2014 NBA Draft was held Thursday night. Justin Pugh of the Giants couldn't help but think about his own draft night experience:
Watching all these videos of the family and friends celebrating makes me throw it back to everyone in my corner. http://t.co/bESAYxOwVv
