The NFL announced the offseason workout programs for all 32 NFL teams Thursday, setting the dates and times for organized team activities and miinicamps.

The Giants offseason program begins April 21 with the strength and conditioning portion of the offseason. On-field workouts are scheduled May 27-28, June 2-3, June 5, June 9-10 and June 12-13. The team's mandatory mini-camp will be from June 17-19. New York will not hold a voluntary mini-camp.

Teams around the league begin the conditioning phase of the offseason program on April 21. The teams with new head coaches can begin their offseason programs on April 7. This year those teams are the Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Houston Texans, Minnesota Vikings, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tennessee Titans and Washington Redskins.

Per the new collective bargaining agreement, teams are allowed a nine-week program conducted in three phases. The first phase allows activities limited to strength, conditioning and physical rehabilitation. Phase two includes individual player instruction and drills, but no live contact. Phase three consists of 7-on-7, 9-on-9 and 11-on-11, but no live contact.

Dates for a rookie minicamp have not been announced by the NFL.
