The 2014 Big Blue View Community Mock Draft reaches its conclusion today with the final five selections of the second round. Before we get to those, a quick thank you to all of you who participated as general managers. Now, on with these final five selections.

60. Carolina Panthers -- Donte Moncrief, WR, Ole Miss

Our pretend GM, 'Turn And Coughlin,' explains:

This is a perfect mix of BPA (No.39 overall on the CBS Big Board) and need for the Panthers, who have now addressed their top two needs in the first two rounds. The Panthers are dangerously thin at WR, having lost Steve Smith, Brandon LaFell, Ted Ginn, Jr., and Domenik Hixon to free agency and having replaced them with the serviceable, but inferior trio of Jerricho Cotchery, Jason Avant, and Tiquan Underwood. In Moncrief, Cam Newton gets the potential No. 1 target he desperately needs on the outside. Moncrief has good size (6-foot-2, 221) and speed (4.40) and is a complete receiver; he runs crisp routes, is sudden in his breaks, has reliable hands, and seems to be physical enough to both be a factor as a blocker and win against tight man coverage. He's great value at this point, and is a perfect piece for the Panthers, who need to restock a suddenly depleted wide receiver corps.

61. San Francisco 49ers -- Stanley Jean-Baptiste, CB, Nebraska

Our pretend GM, '49ers,' explains:

The 49ers cornerbacks aren't very strong at the moment thanks to the departure of both Charles Rodgers and Terrell Brown. With two holes to fill I think it is safe to say they will use one of their many picks on a cornerback. SJB will help with his size and his ability to jam receivers at the line of scrimmage. With his long reach he is able to knock down a lot of passes. I think a solid comparison would be Brandon Browner, who the Niners know very well from his time in Seattle.

62. New England Patriots -- Troy Niklas, TE, Notre Dame

Our pretend GM, 'rudy2390,' explains:

Rob Gronkowski's body has continued to let himself and the Patriots down, to the point that The Pats can no longer rest their superbowl aspirations on his shoulders. With the Brady championship window closing quickly, Troy Niklas will, at worst, protect them from another Gronk catastrophe, and at best, reincarnate the most formidable tight end tandem in the league. While both Gronk and Niklas are traditional, inline, Y tight ends, they can still be used in tandem to create mismatches in the passing game, not to mention add some serious muscle to an already productive running game of late. Other available players I considered include Carlos Hyde, to fill the roll previously occupied by LaGarrette Blount, JaWaun James to provide depth behind Sebastian Vollmer, who's recovering from a broken leg, and DaQuan Jones to be the heir apparent to the aging and recovering defensive tackles Vince Wilfork and Tommy Kelly.

63. Denver Broncos -- Cody Latimer, WR, Indiana

Our pretend GM, 'dudemanimus,' explains:

Big-bodied, sure-handed receiver gives Peyton another target. This former basketball player has above-the-rim potential, is a willing and active downfield blocker, and will be an immediate impact player in the red-zone.

64. Seattle Seahawks -- Antonio 'Tiny' Richardson, OT, Tennessee

Our pretend GM, 'TNYFBG,' explains:

No one else is really in the conversation. Offensive tackle was top need and here's a guy who was almost in the conversation at 32 sitting pretty at 64, so I'm grabbing a dancing elephant for the offensive side of the ball. Richardson is 6-foot-6, 335 pounds of beef that shouldn't be nearly as quick as he is. Plug and play, day 1 starter at right guard or right tackle. Done and done. Clean up a few technique issues and he's got All-Pro potential.

That, folks, is all she wrote. Perhaps if time allows we will use the Big Blue View Big Board to look at 10 or so of the best players still available. Also, this is the first time we have done two rounds in our community mock. I would appreciate your thoughts in the comments as to whether or not the second round was worthwhile.
