2014 BBV Community Mock Draft: With fourth pick, Cleveland Browns select ...

Our 2014 Big Blue View Community Mock Draft rolls along and with the fourth pick we have come to the first selection likely to leave New York Giants' fans muttering. Selecting for the Cleveland Browns, 'NewYork!' has chosen Texas A&M wide receiver Mike Evans. All I can say here is it's Sunday folks, so take a deep breath and don't say anything you will end up needing to go to confession -- or into a Big Blue View imposed timeout -- for.

'NewYork!' explains:

As make-believe GM of the Cleveland Browns, I looked at obvious holes and tried to fill them. I'm a fan of Bridgewater but I felt I could still draft a similar talent like Zach Mettenberger and get even more talent at the 4th spot in the draft. I would draft WR Mike Evans from Texas A&M. Mike Evans is a special receiver and placing him with Josh Gordon, Jordan Cameron, Ben Tate, Alex Mack and Joe Thomas with Kyle Shanahan calling the plays would just be deadly. It would help the Browns offense for many years.

One of the great things about our annual community mock draft is that it brings lurkers or new community members into the Big Blue View fold. I have to say, though, I am very unhappy with you, 'NewYork!' At present I am on the Evans to the Giants bandwagon, so to see him off the board this far before the Giants pick at No. 12 is discouraging.
