Last week on FanDuel we saw multiple lineup combinations put up huge numbers. The Ryan Fitzpatrick/DeAndre Hopkins stack that I talked about for one of my lineups was a key to making some real money last Sunday. This Sunday we don't have a clear cut QB/WR stack that is a must play.
I'm going to give an example lineup with some choices that you can make to make it look the way you want.
QB- Russell Wilson (8500) Wilson gets the Philadelphia Eagles this Sunday and the game is expected to be high scoring. Wilson has been an excellent source of fantasy points from the QB position, but there hasn't been a clear cut receiver to pair him with all year. He makes his points with his legs and by spreading the ball around.
RB- Arian Foster (8700)/ Eddie Lacy (8500) I am building my lineups around one of these two backs. Foster gets the Jaguars and should put up a huge day with his pricetag not being quite as high as it could be. Eddie Lacy has been dominant lately and gets a very favorable match up against the Atlanta Falcons.
RB- Christopher Ivory (5300)/ Jonathan Stewart (5200)/ Frank Gore (5700) The punt at second running back will be one of the key decisions this weekend. With the way the Jets have decided to not throw the ball at all it makes me lean towards the hard running Chris Ivory.
WR- Jordy Nelson (8900) Nelson hasn't exploded in a few weeks, but gets a very nice match up against the Atlanta Falcons this week.
WR- DeAndre Hopkins (7500) Hopkins price didn't sky-rocket off of his performance last Sunday and he should be a bargain at this price point. I also like Josh Gordon at 8000 with the Colts not having Vontae Davis available at corner. If you need to go even lower with your mid-WR pick Jarvis Landry at 6900 has a nice safe floor.
WR- Kenny Stills (6400) Stills has been a recommendation for the last few weeks and nothing much changes this Sunday. His price tag is still low. Pierre Garcon (5700) is very interesting with no DeSean Jackson in the lineups for Washington.
TE- Jordan Reed (5300)/ Delanie Walker (5400) Reed looked healthy last week as he was Colt McCoy's favorite target and should benefit from the absence of DeSean Jackson in the lineup. Walker faces the Giants this week and has become the defacto number one receiver in the Titans offense. I lean more towards Walker with his big play ability, but both are solid options.
K- Connor Barth (4700)/ Shayne Graham (4500) I'm going with one of these low priced options that could put up huge numbers as their team looks to ice the game with field goals. I lean more towards Barth as he has the advantage of kicking in Denver.
D- Houston Texans (5300) The Texans are a great option this week against the Jacksonville Jaguars. If you absolutely need to save money at the position then I would look to the Denver Broncos at 4700 as they should be able to get to Kyle Orton early and often.
