After a whole Thanksgiving of excellent football last week, Thursday Night Football returns this week when the Dallas Cowboys (8-4) travel to Soldier Field to face the Chicago Bears (5-7).
These two teams met almost a year ago to the day (12/9/13), and that game saw Josh McCown leading the Bears to a 45-28 victory over the Cowboys.
While this game has little effect on the New York Giants, the Cowboys are coming off a crushing lopsided loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, and are looking to clench their first winning season since 2009.
On the other side, the Bears are desperately clinging a potential wild card berth, and a loss to the Cowboys would likely eliminate them from playoff contention.
This game looks to feature two talented offenses, with the Cowboys riding DeMarco Murray and Dez Bryant to an 8-4 record. Meanwhile, many quarterbacks dream of having weapons like Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffery, Martellus Bennett, and Matt Forte.
Kickoff - 8:25 p.m.
TV - NFL Network
Announcers: Phil Simms, Jim Nantz, Tracy Wolfson
