John Rieger-USA TODAY Sports

Week 16 of the 2014 NFL season has an excellent slate of games. Almost all of the games this week have some bearing on the post season.

A half-dozen teams could be eliminated from playoff contention in the 1 p.m. ET games alone. Even a game between a 5-9 team and a 6-8 team has legitimate play-off implications.

The Giants don't play until 4:05, so let's take a look at what's on until then.

TV: CBS

Odds: Baltimore -3.5

Teams: Detroit Lions (10-5) at Chicago Bears (5-9)

Teams: Kansas City Chiefs (9-5) at Pittsburgh Steelers (9-5)

TV: CBS

Teams: New England Patriots (11-3) at New York Jets (3-11)

Teams: Atlanta Falcons (5-9) at New Orleans Saints (6-8)

Teams: Minnesota Vikings (6-8) at Miami Dolphins (7-7)

TV: Fox

Teams: Green Bay Packers (10-4) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-11)
